Saramai in New York

My dear friend, Sarah Jane A.KA. Saramai has been spending the last few weeks in New York, in celebration of her 60th birthday. We first me in Sydney after her daughter tagged me in a photo of Sarah from her instagram page and I have been following her adventures ever since. I was thrilled to hear that she would be coming to visit America for  the first time and that New York would be her first stop. Samarai is one of the loveliest, boldest, and most outspoken women that I have ever met(Check out a post she wrote about being proud of your stripes HERE.) Jacky O'Shaughnessy

I finally had the chance to meet model and actress, Jacky O'Shaughnessy. Jacky's career took off when she was discovered in a cafe in New York City a few years ago, leading to several campaigns for American Apparel. We had a wonderful afternoon chatting about her burgeoning career in fashion and I can't wait to see what she will do next!
